Marco Materazzi scored 15 goals in 51 games during his second spell at Perugia, an unusual return for a center-back. Inter Milan signed him in 2001, and he stayed a decade, winning five Serie A titles and the 2010 Champions League. He scored Italy’s equalizer in the 2006 World Cup final and converted his penalty in the shootout. His exchange with Zinedine Zidane in extra time ended with the Frenchman sent off.
