Karim Adeyemi already had a great opportunity to score at the 2′ minute but was not able to roll the ball sufficiently. A good header from beier could have made it 2-0 at the 34′ minute but out of target.
Kamil Grabara made a brilliant save at the 75′ minute after a Dortmund corner. Wolfsbourg were never able to equalize and Dortmund were never able to score the second goal. 1-0 finale score.
