Newcastle 2-0 Tottenham

After eliminating respectively Doncaster and Bradford from the 3rd round of Carabao Cup, Newcastle and Tottenham faced each other at St James Park.
In a big clash between two major English clubs, Newcastle eliminated Tottenham with a 2-0 victory. It started well for the Magpies with a goal at the 20′ minute thanks to Fabian Schar with the assist from Sandro Tonali.
The game was really balanced between both teams and Tottenham could have equalized but instead, German striker Nick Woltemade scored the 2-0 goal at the 50′ minute and helped his team to qualify for the next round.
Newcastle are now moving to the 5th Carabao Cup round.
