Real Madrid 2-0 Sevilla
Jude Bellingham 38′ and Kylian Mbappé 86′ (penalty).

For the 18th day of La Liga, Real Madrid hosted Sevilla. As part of their title race with Barcelona, Xabi Alonso’s players need to earn as many points as possible at home. They did just that against a disappointing Sevilla team so far this season.
Sevilla are always a tough opponent for the best Liga clubs but this season the club is struggling a bit, but they managed to play pretty well at Bernabeu. Unfortunately for them, the opposition was too good.
Jude Bellingham opened the scoreline with a header after a cross on free-kick by Rodrygo.
In second half, Sevilla played better as Real Madrid did not have any clear chances. But the defenses were tough until the 86′ minute when Kylian Mbappe scored the 2-0 goal with a penalty (his 17 goals in as many games in La Liga this season).
With this win, Real madrid are still 2nd with 42 points, 1 point behind Barcelona. Sevilla are 9th with 20 points.
