For the count of the third day of Premier League, the undefeated teams of Liverpool and Arsenal faced each other at Anfield.
For this shock of the first English division, the entertainment was a long time coming, both teams are competing for the first places of the league. The game was very physical and very tense. Liverpool and Arsenal’s forwards were not able to find solutions against each sides’ defenses. Especially the two star recruits in attack : Viktor Gyokeres (Arsenal) and Hugo Ekitike (Liverpool).
As we expected to see a draw between two of the best Premier League teams, a hero appeared at the 83′ minute as Dominik Szoboszlai (Liverpool) scored a direct free-kick (from almost 33 yards) which allowed Liverpool to win the game.
With this win, Liverpool remains the only undefeated team in the Premier League alongside Chelsea and Crystal Palace and is now the sole leader in the championship with 9 points as Arsenal stays 3rd with 6 points.
