Overview

The New Zealand under-23 national football team represents New Zealand in international competitions restricted to players aged 23 and under, most notably the OFC Under-23 Championship and Olympic qualification tournaments within the Oceania Football Confederation. The team is administered by New Zealand Football and draws its players primarily from domestic competitions and overseas-based professionals. New Zealand has not recorded a major senior international title at this level.

Among the players associated with the squad are Tyler Bindon, M. Boxall, A. Paulsen, K. Sims, I. Hughes, and L. Kelly-Heald. Several of these players have also earned senior international caps for the All Whites, reflecting the overlap that commonly exists between the under-23 and full national setups.
