Brest 0-0 Nantes
In the French championship, we know that Nantes and Brest are two teams that can show intense defensive efforts, and they proved it once again as both teams were unable to score. Brest pretty much dominated the game but never found a way to score. With this 0-0 draw, Brest are temporarily 10th and Nantes 14th in Ligue 1.
Auxerre 1-2 Lens
With new coach Pierre Sage since this summer, Lens fans know that they will always battle until the end of the game, today at Auxerre, Lens players were a bit dominated statistically, with 18 shots conceded, Lens defense stayed solid, even if Ismaelo Ganiou received a second yellow card at the 73′ minute, synonym of exclusion. Odsonne Edouard opened the score for Lens at the 14′ minute with the assist from Adrien Thomasson. The frenchman scored his first goal under his new colours. Auxerre pushed until the 61′ minute when they scored the equalizer thanks to Francisco Sierralta.
