After their loss against Ireland, they needed to bounce back. Bruno Fernandes and Joao Neves scored 7 goals together. Portugal won 9-1 and made a statment for their last game of the qualifications.

They needed to wait the 74′ and 82′ minute to score as Albania was doing a great performance. 8 wins in 8 games for England and 0 goals conceded as they clearly are among the favorites for the World Cup. Albania will play the play-offs.
