Overview

The Kazakhstan national football team represents the country in international association football and is governed by the Football Federation of Kazakhstan, which was founded in 1914. The team competes under UEFA following Kazakhstan's reassignment from the Asian Football Confederation in 2002, a move that reflected broader geopolitical and sporting ties with Europe.
