Lyon 1-2 Toulouse

Malick Fofana 24′ for Lyon. Emersonn 87′ and 90+6′ for Toulouse.

For the first time in 60 years, Toulouse won at Lyon. It was not easy at first as Lyon dominated and opened the score thanks to Belgian young star Malick Fofana. Lyon has collapsed at the end of the game as Emersonn scored two goals in the last ten minutes of the game to win the game for Toulouse. Lyon are 4th and Toulouse 9th.

Strasbourg 5-0 Angers

Joaquin Panichelli 36′ and 51′, Abdoul Ouattara 61′ and Martial Godo 66′ and 70′.

Strasbourg’s impressive team continue to shine with a manita against Ligue 1’s 19th Angers. Strasbourg dominated the whole game and proved that they are still competing for Europe spots in Ligue 1, their young stars are now 3rd in the championship.

Monaco 2-2 Nice

Ansu Fati 45+5′ and 56′ (penalties) for Monaco. Sofiane Diop 29′ and 42′ (penalty).

For one of the South’s derby of Ligue 1, we watched a pretty insane and tense game, indeed 3 out of the 4 goals of the game were penalties ! Both teams cancel each other out, Monaco are 5th and Nice 12th.

Le Havre 2-2 Rennes

Issa Soumaré 45+1′ (penalty) and Rassoul Ndiaye 79′ for Le Havre. Breel Embolo 10′ and Esteban Lepaul 29′ for Rennes.

In a game where both teams were really efficient (4 goals after 5 shots on target only), Le Havre and Rennes keep the draw. Rennes are 10th and Le Havre 14th. Rennes dominated the first half and led 2-0 but Le Havre kept pushing and believing and equalized at the end of the game.
