Éric Cantona moved to Manchester United in November 1992 and won four league titles in five seasons. He scored 64 goals in 143 games for the club. In January 1995 he kicked a spectator at Crystal Palace and served an eight-month suspension. He returned to captain United to a league and FA Cup double in 1996, scoring the winning goal in the final. He retired in 1997, aged 30, with 45 caps for France.
