Arsenal had none trouble to beat Nottingham Forest. The gunners won 3-0 at the Emirates Stadium against Ange Postecoglou’s new team.
Nottingham Forest achieved a brilliant 2024/2025 Premier League season as they finished 7th which allow them to play in Europa League this season (first time in Europe for the club since 30 years). However, despite the brilliant work from Portuguese manager Nuno Espirito Santo, the owners decided to sack him in order to appoint Postecoglou as their new coach.
For his first game, it was really not a part of pleasure as Forest lost 3-0, they could not avoid Arsenal’s dominance. With one goal from Viktor Gyokeres (46′) and two goals from Martin Zubimendi (32′ and 79′), Nottingham Forest really didn’t exist at all.
With this comfortable win, Arsenal confirms that they are still playing for the Premier League title this year.
