Over its history Chelsea has won six league titles, eight FA Cups, five EFL Cups, and multiple European trophies, including the UEFA Champions League in 2012 and 2021, the UEFA Europa League in 2013 and 2019, the UEFA Cup Winners' Cup in 1971 and 1998, and the UEFA Conference League in 2025.
